Arrowhead Exterior Services is a family-owned and operated exterior service company based in Camden, Ohio, proudly serving surrounding areas, including Cincinnati. We are currently looking to grow our team with dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in delivering quality work. We are hiring for the following roles:
Field Technician - $18.00/hour
Our Field Technicians assist in the day-to-day operations of lawn care, landscaping, hardscaping, and general property maintenance services. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth. Applicants should be physically capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions, and able to follow instructions and operate basic landscaping tools and equipment.
Prior experience is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lawn mowing, trimming, and edging
- Mulching and planting
- Assisting with hardscaping and clean-up
- General property maintenance tasks
Foreman - $23.00/hour
The Foreman role requires experience in the landscaping and lawn care industry, along with strong leadership and communication skills. As a Foreman, you will lead a crew in the completion of daily projects while ensuring the quality, efficiency, and safety of each job. Applicants should have experience operating equipment, reading plans, and working directly with clients when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team in the field to complete scheduled services
- Operate equipment such as mowers, trimmers, skid steers, and trailers
- Ensure proper job site preparation and cleanup
- Communicate with clients and report to management
- Oversee quality control and safety on all job sites
